2011 was an awesome year filled with lots of fun, adventure and memories that will last forever! Is it supposed to be this hard to let a year go???? 2012 has some BIG shoes to fill... Happy new year to you!!!!!!!

My new year's kiss!!!!!
Well with a brand new year comes dreaded new resolutions...I don't think I actually made any last year but I have had a change of heart this year. I have many resolutions/goals for this year....ready for a list?
Great, here it goes:
1. Eat less processed foods which equals cooking more and not eating stuff out a box/fast food. I say less because I already ate processed foods this morning.....It was a life or death situation.
2. Train and run a marathon in Australia....this sounds impossible but I HAVE to check this off my bucket list.
3. Buy less. I want to live a frugal simple little life and save all my money for a big move this year.
4. Find out what I want to be when I grow up.
5. Make my bed everyday. I heard that making your bed causes you to be less stressed and more organized.
6. Spend less time on the internet/ waste less time
7. Read more books. Knowledge is power!!
8. Learn to surf, play soccer, and how to be a beach bum
9. Master the art of budgeting
10. Learn to deal with confrontation without crying...I have been working on this for about 24 years.
11. Recycle. And not just talk about it.
12. Take more pictures.
13. Treat every Monday as the first day of the year minus the hangover.
14. Be more mindful of gender issues and take action...ie. Don't be part of the problem.
15. Pray more. Worry less
16. Make decisions without fear of failing...
17. Love where I am when I am there. Don't just look forward to the future without enjoying the journey along the way.
18. Most importantly: BE HAPPY, JOYFUL, GRACIOUS AND PATIENT.
This looks like a ridiculously long list of things I maybe won't conquer in a year but at least I am working on progress...This year I am moving to a new country and with that comes many difficulties and exciting new challenges. I hope to be able to make a difference in the world where ever God takes me. Let's make 2012 hard to let go....
